1. Delivery Policy

  • Service Area: We provide hand-delivery services specifically to Houston, West Houston, and the Katy area.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before [Insert Cut-off Time, e.g., 12:00 PM] CST are eligible for same-day delivery.

  • Delivery Fee: A flat fee of $14.00 applies to all deliveries within our service area.

  • Recipient Availability: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location (if weather permits) or with a neighbor/receptionist. We are not responsible for flowers left unattended once delivered.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • Minimum Order: Our floral arrangement prices start at $49.00.

  • Currency: All prices are in USD.

  • Payment: We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

  • 100% Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us immediately.

  • Return Window: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all claims or return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds: If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will provide a full refund. To be eligible, we may require a photo of the arrangement or the return of the original product.

4. Substitution Policy

  • Seasonal Availability: Flowers are a product of nature. Occasionally, we may need to substitute a specific flower or container due to seasonal availability or quality issues.

  • Our Commitment: We guarantee that any substitution will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall style and color palette of your chosen arrangement.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the arrangement has been designed or dispatched for delivery.

  • Once an order is "out for delivery," it cannot be canceled.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • I Flower Today is not liable for any delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, extreme weather conditions in the Houston area, or traffic delays.
